New to Pakistani television dramas is Dur-e-Fishan Saleem. She made her acting debut in the drama "Dil Ruba," in which she played the sister of Hania Amir. ARY Digital's "Bharaas," her second drama, has just aired and she recently appeared in it. Dur-e-Fishan grew up in Lahore as the oldest of four children. She is the daughter of the late PTV producer/director Saleem ul Hassan. Previously, she was a law student before making the switch to acting, and she worked as an Intellectual Property Lawyer for a year after that.

A fan once asked Dur-e-fishan about her ideal role in the show, and she shared that it was a superhero. According to her, "I want to do any character that has shadows, any character that just gets up and isn't cheerful all day because no human is like that. " I adore portraying characters who have emotions and behave in a human manner. In my drama serial "Pardes," I strove to keep things as genuine as possible.
