Saba Qamar was born as Sabahat Qamar Zaman in Hyderabad, Sindh, on 5 April 1984. She is a Pakistani actress in film and television. Saba acquired her primary Gujranwala education. They then relocated to Lahore to go for her advanced schooling. The Saba Qamar family is in Karachi at the moment.

Saba Qamar made her performance debut in the sequence of television My Aurat Hoon (2005). In 2007, Saba Qamar appeared in ATV's serial Khuda Gawah, which reworked Indian film in 1992. She showed up for Surraya's support in the pre-segment TV series Dastaan of Hum TV, an adaptation of Razia Butt's epic novel Bano in 2010. Together with Ahsan Khan, Sanam Baloch and Fawad Khan, she was spotted. The drama series ended up being the leap ahead and earned Pakistan Media Awards for the Best TV Actress Trophy (2010).

She debuted with Irrfan Khan in Hindi film in Saket Chaudhary's Hindi Medium (2017). The film became a hit with a sleeper accumulation of 334.36 crore in India and China. Later in Maat, Saba Qamar played with Adnan Siddiqui and Aamina Sheik the part of juvenile, self-fixed saman.
