Pakistan batting line collapsed on 105 all out against the West Indies, in their first encounter of the ICC World Cup 2019 at Trent Bridge, Nottingham.

Oshane Thomas was the pick of the bowler with four scalps, whereas, Windies captain Jason Holder picked up three wickets. Andre Russell picked up two, with Cottrell picking up one.

For Pakistan, Babar Azam and Fakhar Zaman scored 22,22, respectively.

Andre Russell bowled Fakhar Zaman, who was looking good on 22 at the sixth over. Haris Sohail was caught behind on 8 off Andre Russell delivery.

Jason Holder strike in the 17thover, after he picked up skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed who got caught behind by Shai Hope on 8. Imad Wasim followed next after he got picked on 1 off the delivery of Jason Holder.

Oshane Thomas picked up the important scalp of Babar Azam, after the Pakistan’s batting mainstay got caught by Shai Hope on 22.

Imam got caught by Shai Hope on 2 off Cottrell delivery in the third over, Imam wasn’t looking in his elements at all.

Earlier, the West Indies captain Jason Holder won the toss and has opted to bowl first against Pakistan on Friday, in their opening match of ICC World Cup 2019, at Trent Bridge.
