Talluq ki nayi ik rasm ab ijaad karna hai,

Talluq ki nayi ik rasm ab ijaad karna hai,
Na uss ko bhoolna hai aur na us ko yaad karna hai,
Zubaanen katt gayin to kya salaamat ungliyaan to hain,
Dar-o-deewaar pe likh do tumhe fariyaad karna hai,
Sitaara khush-gumaani ka sajaaya hai hatheli pr,
Kisi surat humen to apne dil ko shaad karna hai,
Bana kar ek ghar dil ki zameen pr us ki yaadon ka,
Kabhi abaad karna hai kabhi barbaad karna hai,
Taqaaza waqt ka yeh hai na peeche murr ke dekhen hum,
So hum ko waqt ke iss faissle pr saad karna hai..
