Seena dehak raha ho to kya chup rahe koi,

Seena dehak raha ho to kya chup rahe koi,
Kyun cheekh cheekh kar na gala chheel le koi,

Saabit hua sukoon dil-o-jaan kahin nahin,
Rishton main dhoondta hai to dhoonda kare koi,

Tarkk-e-taluqaat koi masla nahin,
Yeh to woh raasta hai ke bas chal parre koi,

Deewar janta tha jise woh dhool thi,
Ab mujh ko aitmaad ki daawat na de koi,

Main khud yeh chahta hoon ke halaat hon kharaab,
Mere khilaaf zeher ugalta phire koi,

Ae shakhss ab to mujh ko sabhi kuch qabool hai,
Yeh bhi qabool hai ke tujhe cheen le koi,

Haan theek hai main apni anaaa ka mareez hoon,
Aakhir mere mizaaj main kyun dakhal de koi,

Ik shakss kar raha hai abhi tak wafaa ka zikr,
Kaash is zabaan–daraaz ka muu noch le koi..
