Nazar ke samne rehna nazar nahin aana

Nazar ke samne rehna nazar nahin aana,

Tere sivaa yeh kisi ko hunar nahin aana,

Yeh intezar magar ikhtiyar main bhi nahin,

Pata to hai ke usay umar bhar nahin aana,

Yeh hijraten hain zameen-o-asman se agay ki,

Jo ja chuka hai usay laut kar nahin aana,

Zara si ghaib ki luknat zaban main lao,

Bagher us ke sukhan main assar nahin aana,

Har anay wala neya rasta dikhata hai,

Isi liye to humen raah pr nahin aana,

Zara woh dusri khirrki bhi khol kamre ki,

Nahin to taaza hawaa ne idhar nahin aana,

Karoon musaaften na-afreeda rahon ki,

Mujh jesa baad main awara-sar nahin aana..

Nazar ke samne rehna nazar nahin aana,
