KOI HALAT NAHIN, YEH..

Koi halat nahin, yeh halat hai,
Yeh to ashob-naak suurat hai,

Anjumann main yeh meri khamoshi,
Burd-baari nahin hai, wehshat hai,

Tujh se yeh gaah-gaah ka shikwa,
Jab talak hai bassaa ghaneemat hai,

Garm-joshi aur is qadar ke kya baat,
Kya tumhen mujh se kuch shikayet hai,

Tu bhi ae shakss kya kare akhir,
Mujh ko sar phorrne ki aadat hai,

Ab nikal aao apne andar se,
Ghar main samaan ki zaroorat hai,

Hum ne jana to hum ne yeh jana,
Jo nahin hai woh khuubsurat hai,

Khawhishen dil ka sath chorr gayin,
Yeh aziyat bari aziyat hai,

Log masroof jante hain mujhe,
Yaan mera gham hi meri fursat hai,

Aaj ka din bhi aish se guzra,
Sar se paa tak badan salamat hai..
