Khawb ki tarah bikhar jaane ko jee chahta hai,

Khawb ki tarah bikhar jaane ko jee chahta hai,
Aesi tanhayi ke mar jaane ko jee chahta hai,
Ghar ki vehshat se larazta hoon magar jaane kyun,
Shaam hoti hai to ghar jaane ko jee chahta hai,
Doob jaon to koi mauj nishan tak na bataye,
Aesi nadee main utar jaane ko jee chahta hai,
Kabhi mil jaye to raste ki thakkan jaag parre,
Aesi manzil se guzar jaane ko jee chahta hai,
Wohi paimaan jo kabhi jee ko khush aya tha bohat,
Ussi paimaan se mukar jaane ko jee chahta hai..
