sab k bety jab aayen ge eid parh k
tum darwazy mein khari takti reh jaogi maa

sawayyan jab bantny lago gi mohally mein tumhari palk aanson se bheeg jayegi maa

sham tak bhi jab na pohnch paonga ghar tery dil ki dharkan jaisy ruk si jayegi maa

eid parh kar jab wapis aaonga duty pe
tasali ye dil ko de kar so jaonga maa
