kahan mumkin tha main dil se

Kahan mumkin tha main dil se teri yaden mita deta,

Bhla kaisay main jeeta phir agar tuj ko bhula deta,

Teri ruswai k dar say labon ko see liya warna,

Teray shehr-e-munafiq ki main bunyadain hila deta,

Kia tark-e-wafa us nay to ho gi us ki majbori,

Jisay barson dua di the usay kya baddua deta,

Khbar hoti agar muj ko nahi ha tu muqadar main,

Usi lamhay main hathon ki lakiron ko mita deta.
