JO GUZAARI NA JA SAK..

Be-qaraari si be-qaraari hai,
Vasl hai aur firaaq taari hai,

Jo guzaari na ja saki hum se,
Hum ne woh zindagi guzaari hai,

Nagharey kya huye ke logon pr,
Apna saaya bhi ab to bhaari hai,

Bin tumhare kabhi nahin aayi,
Kya meri neend bhi tumhari hai,

Aap main kaise aaaon main tujh bin,
Saans jo chal rahi hai aari hai,

Uss se kahiyo ke dil ki galiyon main,
Raat din teri intezaari hai,

Hijr ho ya visaal ho kuch ho,
Hum hain aur us ki yadgaari hai,

Ik mehak samt-e-dil se aayi thi,
Main yeh samjhaa teri savaari hai,

Haadson ka hisaab hai apna,
Warna har aaan sab ki baari hai,

Khush rahe tu ke zindagi apni,
Umar bhar ki umeed-vaari hai..
