Chalo ik bar phir apni unhi qabron ki janib lot jaen

چلو اک بار پھر اپنی انہیں قبروں کی جانب لوٹ جائیں ھم
جہاں اس حشر بے داور سے پہلے
نیند کی صدیاں گزاری تھیں
چلو پھر اپنے کفنوں میں لپٹ جائیں
لحد کی خاک چہروں پر بکھیریں اور سو جائیں
سوا نیزے پہ سورج ھے
مگر اب تک ھماری تشنہ کامی نے
میان عرصئہ محشر،کہیں بھی چشمئہ کوثر نہیں دیکھا
کہیں میزان کی تنصیب کا منظر نہیں دیکھا
کسی ظالم کے بائیں ھاتھ اعمال کا دفتر نھیں دیکھا
سوا نیزے پہ سورج ھے
مگر وہ عدل کا دن، داد خواہی کی گھڑی اب تک نہیں آئی
چلو اک بار پھر اپنی انہیں قبروں کی جانب لوٹ جائیں ھم
کہ وہ اک کاروبار خسروی تھا اور ھم اسکو
کسی کے عہد یوم الدین کی تکمیل سمجھے تھے
وہ اک دجال کی آواز تھی جس کو
ھم اپنی سادگی صور اسرافیل سمجھے تھے

Miaan e arsa e mehshar, kaheeN bhi chashma-e-kousar nahee dekha
Kehen meezan ki tanseeb ka manzr nahee dekha

Kisi zalim ke baaeN hath meiN aamal ka daftar nahee dekha

Sawa neze pe sooraj hai

Magar wo adl ka din, daad-khaahi ki ghari ab tak nahi aai
