BEQARARI SI BEQARARI.

Beqarari si beqarari hai,
Vasl hai aur firaq taari hai,

Jo guzari na ja saki hum se,
Hum ne woh zindagi guzari hai,

Nighare kya huye ke logon pr,
Apna saaya bhi ab to bhari hai,

Bin tumhare kabhi nahin ayi,
Kya meri neend bhi tumhari hai,

Aap mai kaise aaon main tujh bin,
Saans jo chal rahi hai aari hai,

Us se kahiyo ke dil ki galiyon main,
Raat din teri intezari hai,

Hijr ho ya visaal ho kuch ho,
Hum hain aur us ki yadgari hai,

Ik mehak samt-e-dil se aayi thi,
Main yeh samjha teri sawari hai,

Hadson ka hisab hai apna,
Warna har aan sab ki baari hai,

Khush rahe tu ke zindagi apni,
Umar bhar ki umeed-vaari hai..
