apni hi rawani mein bahta nazar aata hai

apni hi rawani mein bahta nazar aata hai
ye shahr bulandi se dariya nazar aata hai
deta hai koi apne daman ki hawa us ko
shoala sa mere dil mein jalta nazar aata hai
us hath ka tohfa tha ek dagh mere dil par
wo dagh bhi ab lekin jata nazar aata hai
aankhon ke muqabil hai kaisa ye ajab manzar
sahra to nahin lekin sahra nazar aata hai
ek shakl si banti hai har shab meri nindon mein
ek phul sa KHwabon mein khilta nazar aata hai
aankhon ne nahin dekhi us jism ki ranai
ye chaar taraf jis ka saya nazar aata hai
dariya ko kinare se kya dekhte rahte ho
andar se kabhi dekho kaisa nazar aata hai
phir zau mein 'nadim' apni kuchh kam hai sitara wo
ye raat ka aaina dhundla nazar aata hai

apni hi rawani mein bahta nazar aata hai

apni hi rawani mein bahta nazar aata hai
ye shahr bulandi se dariya nazar aata hai
deta hai koi apne daman ki hawa us ko
shoala sa mere dil mein jalta nazar aata hai
us hath ka tohfa tha ek dagh mere dil par
wo dagh bhi ab lekin jata nazar aata hai
aankhon ke muqabil hai kaisa ye ajab manzar
