agarche aaina-e-dil mein hai qayam us ka
na koi shakl hai us ki na koi nam us ka
wahi KHuda kabhi milwaega hamein us se
jo intizar karaata hai subh o sham us ka
hamare sath nahin ja saka tha wo lekin
raha KHayal siyahat mein gam gam us ka
KHuda ko pyar hai apne har ek bande se
safed-fam hai us ka siyah-fam us ka
kama ke dete hain jo mal wo amiron ko
hisab kyun nahin lete kabhi awam us ka
hamara farz hai be-lag rae ka izhaar
koi durust kahe ya ghalat ye kaam us ka
kahan hai shaiKH ko sudh-budh mazid pine ki
nasha utar gae tin chaar jam us ka
zaban-e-dil se koi shairi sunata hai
to samain bhulate nahin kalam us ka
'shuur' sab se alag baiThta hai mahfil mein
isi se aap samajh lijiye maqam us ka
