Aankhon main raha dil main utar kr nahin dekha,

Aankhon main raha dil main utar kr nahin dekha,
Kashti ke musafir ne samandar nahin dekha,
Be-waqt agar jaaon ga sab chaunk parren ge,
Ik umr hui din main kabhi ghar nahin dekha,
Jiss din se chalaa hoon meri manzil pe nazar hai,
Aankhon ne kabhi meel ka pathar nahin dekha,
Yeh phool mujhe koi viraasat main mile hain,
Tum ne mera kaantton se bharaa bistar nahin dekha,
Yaaron ki mohabbat ka yaqeen kar liya maine,
Phoolon main chupaaya hua khanjar nahin dekha,
Mehboob ka ghar ho ke bazurgon ki zameenen,
Jo chorr diya phir ussay murr kar nahin dekha,
Khhat aesa likha hai ke nageene se jarrre hain,
Woh haath ke jiss ne koi zevar nahin dekha,
Pathar mujhe kehtaa hai mera chahane wala,
Main mom hoon uss ne mujhe chhuu kar nahin dekha.
