Aage aage dekhiye hota hai kya..

Raah-e-duur-e-ishq main rota hai kya,

Aage aage dekhiye hota hai kya,

Qaafile main subh ke ik shor hai,

Yaani ghaafil hum chale sota hai kya,

Sabzz hoti hi nahin yeh sarzameen,

Tukhm-e-khawish dil main tu bota hai kya,

Yeh nishaan-e-ishq hain jaate nahin,

Daaagh chaati ke abass dhota hai kya,

Ghairat-e-yusuf hai yeh waqt-e-aziz,

Meer is ko raayegan khota hai kya..
