Job Requirements:
Candidates who has 1-2 years experience.
High level of attention to detail.
Female Candidates needed.
Main Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and forward phone calls.
Meet and greet clients.
Provide a professional reception service for visitors both external and internal.
Set up client meetings with refreshments as required and clear client meeting rooms in a timely manner.
Manage hospitality, including re-stocking of refreshments.
Provide support and assistance to customers and staff with the organisation.
Set up HR interviews with required refreshments plus any case studies needed.
Ensure all meeting rooms are fit for use each day.
Sort and distribute post.
Ensure the reception's presentation and appearance is at the required standard at all times.
